DO NOT GO HERE
I visit this specific location a few times a week as it's closest to me.
I have waited at that drive through speaker for over 5 minutes on either of the lanes before anyone speaks to you on multiple occasions. After leaving the restaurant almost every time the order is wrong and or missing items. That's worse than the poor/cold food quality I usally recieved. I'm so sick of the poor performance from their team I don't even bother going back to acquire everything I'm missing from each order. To top this off today I didn't even have the receipt that comes in the bag to call the manager with specific details to get any sort of reimbursement for my missing food. When your total nears $40 I would expect ALL of my food.
To the staff- seriously guys. DO BETTER -

I took my family to this McDonald's tonight at 6;30 pm.
This store is absolutely disgusting
There was food all over the floor in the kitchen in the customer eye sight. The flurry machine was filthy with ice cream all over the place.
The pop counter had pop and ketchup all over. Half the stuff was empty.
Team associates are not polite AT ALL OR the manager Joe either. Joe was bagging orders and the team members were all standing around. If the team members did what they are being paid for may be Joe can actually do his managers job and see how disgusting the floor looked from the customer side of the counter.
